I suggest to make one thread with actual offsets to one base item.
For ex. purple flashlight is base item.
Op's purple flashlight is on 62351 and green flashlight 62350 so offset is -1.
Other person has purple flashlight on 62349 so his green flashlight will be on 62348.

Well this is a good idea but it's a lot of work to do. And there's no guarantees that these offsets will be correct after next small or big patch.
