Hello Everyone, this is my first tutorial as a Guide Team Member !

Anyways, Im here to show you how to Snipe in both Search and Destroy and Team Death Match or a gametype almost the same.

Sniper Class:

Anyways, as almost everyone knows, the best weapon is Intervention. But that actually depends on the player

Difference between them:

Intervention: Bolt Action Rifle. This is an accuracy sniper rifle and a damage sniper rifle, not really a Automatic Sniper. To play with an Intervention, you need to be extra Accurate with your rifle.

Barret .50 Caliber : This is an "automatic" sniper rifle. This rifle is good if you aren't really good at accuracy and you don't Quick Scope as much. No scoping with a Barret is the best weapon to do so, because of it's fast shooting. This Sniper rifle is also good for Penetration Kills

WA2000 : Don't even think about using this weapon

M21 EBR: This is actually an automatic rifle. This is often used to spray because of its accuracy and fire rate. This is the perfect rifle for spraying through long fields.


The secondary Weapon depends a lot on your type of gameplay. If you are a medium range sniper, you might want to take a shotgun. Doesn't matter which 1 you get, as long as you are comfortable with it. If you are a short range sniper (quick scopes and No scopes), I suggest using an Akimbo Handgun. For example, .44 or Double Desert Eagles. If you are a long range sniper, I suggest either using M93 Raffica or even a Launcher if you feel comfortable with it

Special Grenades and Equipment:

Special Grenades: Depends on your gameplay. if you rush, I suggest using flashes, if you "camp", use stuns.

Equipment: If you are playing Search And Destroy, I suggest using Either Semtex or Claymore. Semtex for "rushers" and claymore for campers.

Team Death match: If you rush, use a throwing knife if you feel comfortable with it. If you camp, I suggest using either Claymore or Tactical Insertion.

Perks: I advise using these perks for EVERY sniper class (thanks demoral)

What to do:

There are 3 sections for this Subject

for Campers: If you are camping, its really important for you to pick your shots. Dont just go shooting like hell and hope you get a kill. When you are sure that you can get a steady kill, do it

for Medium Rush Rangers: If you like to move around as a sniper, what you need to do is to keep taking regular brakes to check for enemies. Just wait 10 seconds, see if there are no enemies then run a few meters. This will help you to be careful with enemies and etc

For Rushers: If you really like rushing, you should know how to Quick Scope and No-scope first. Its Important to use your Rifle for any advantages. Also, If you rush you need to pay attention for any enemies, so you dont get killed that easily.


Advanced Sniping:

For people who are experienced in Sniping but want to improve their skill even more, follow this section here :P

Quick Scope: To make a perfect quick scope, you:

First: Stop Moving. This will highly increase your chances to hit your targets

Second: Practice Pressing the right click, see if your target is actually in the middle of the two lines of your scope, shoot and go back to hipfire sight.

Third: If your target moving, its still a quick scope if your Crosshair follows the target for a while. Even if it takes 2 seconds

Fourth: Even when you miss, keep calm and try again. Dont keep trying like crazy and try to hit the target. That will just make your accuracy very sloppy.


No Scope: To improve your chances of getting a no-scope

First: DONT move. This will increase your chance of getting a no scope by a LOT

Second: Try not to move your rifle. This will also decrease your chance of getting a good no-scope

Third: The best weapon to No scope with is Barret.



Advanced Tip: For people who like doing 360's, the best practice is getting Commando pro and keep doing flips from high places. This way you will have the right acrobatic movement to do a nice and steady flip :P
