I understand that the short answer would be "Use it at your own risk"
But can someone help to explain me in details how to use this safely?

For example . .
- You need to run/activate this only after you started the solo game mode
- Do not run it from the mainmenu/lobby
- You need to disconnect your internet while activating this trainer, once done then connect it again.
- At which point the VAC will be active, try to avoid using this trainer . .

I mean, this trainer has gotten me to round 90 so many times that it didn't even seem possible to be banned. Cheat Engine stays undetected.

Yes cheat engine is undetected, as people doesn't modify random addresses which may be protected by VAC, I would produce cheat table for this game sombies but I doubt many people would use for ban issues with cheat engine.
