Nordstrom Complicated order

So I order 7 items worth of $860 and it was all in one package, the mailman came and we made eye contact thru the window, so in order not to sign, i told him to just drop it off and he did. On the tracking number the status says "Met Customer Man". I have not signed anything. but im not sure if its refundable, let alone partial. Someone give me sum feedback on how to approach the refund process.

That's a pretty massive order, most people don't do nordstrom over 500

$500 is a safe limit most people handle. Over that is surely possible. Your order can be refunded. Full refund, if not partial.

@Cadized did a nordstorm for me for 910$ CAD. It was a true religion jacket, and a belt, plus the import charges. Was no problems.

Just do a partial bro. I've done full refunds from 750-1000 by myself but they were not as complicated as your case
