    I want to Unlock the date of the achievment i Unlocked already already. That's not possible with SAM apparently. As far as i know...

    You can reset the achivments with SAM and re-unlock them. I don't know if this still works, but in the past you could just change your PCs date and it showed the 'wrong' date.
