EAC blockingmemory reading

Hi, I have created some simple cheats in my life, but not really any advanced ones. Lately I've started playing a game called miscreated and as the cheating addict I am I really want a cheat/ hack for that game. I know how to go about making cheats, esp, etc, but my problem is that I can't read memory from the game since EAC anti-cheat is blocking it. Is there any ways I can read memory and find offsets and adresses? Or does someone want to share info on how to bypass EAC, at least the memory read block? I've tried cheat engine and several other programs, but maybe I need to go tryhard and use some assembly reading program? Any tips would be great, and any groundbreaking ones, maybe I'll share my cheat with you

Google for "read memory without openprocess" without quotes, first result should be helpful if they block OpenProcess, but not the actual reading itself.
