I just tested it and it's legit! I scanned it with anti malware to be sure and this is safe. I haven't tried it in multiplayer yet though. Can you though add more explanations so people can understand more what a specific hack does? Keep those hacks up man!

Probably because of optifine (pre-installed in the client). Try updating your display drivers

Yes and no.
Ingame press escape > video settings > render distance > set it to the max.
Also turn on ESP

I also say no, because the server itself has a render distance. So the server doesn't allow you to render entities after a certain point. Every server is different. By default the render distance on a server is 10, but again, every server is different, and they can change this number
