FaceCamper made a tutorial how to make this perk appears into the perk list but the tutorial is in russian, I almost made it but my misunderstanding russian language made me impossible to do it :/

Is anyone able to help me ?

Isn't that hard if you know how to transform items, simply but long method, you just can find the ID of a perk, and add or subtract 1

Yeah, my friend just told me that he can see the perk, so, its not safe to play with it

If you unlock the perk and someone sees you with that in-game, you're most problably going to get banned however thats not a hard tutorial even if is in russian.
