Basically you have your entities (players, CT and T side) and you want them to be from Chernobyl and glow, so basically you scan your entities, you check whether its a turtle or a player, if its a turtle you ignore it and if its a player you call the glowfunc and you let it do its thing, its very complex when compared to chams but its also a lot better than chams, because who needs chams, too simple, glow is far more complicated amirite?
Get your entities, check, call the glow function.
