Best way is probably to go on Revelations (DLC Map), And then get the Apothicon servant, then just stand somewhere. Best is probably ifyou stand up against a wall, so you can't get pushed back. And you need a mouse or keyboard that can use macros.

My way:
1) I set Unlimited Health and Unlimited Ammo on.
2) Add 20000 In-game moeny.
3) Go find the box.
4) Buy until you get the get the Apothicon.
5) Go to your place. (Mine is just in spawn, under the little roof)
6) Have a macro to shoot (5 seconds delay, then shoot again)
7) Have a macro that looks down. (I use space to look down) I just go to the settings and set space to look down. )This just needs to be spammed.
8) Done. Go outside, sleep or something else. I used to use this when I went to sleep.
