I've been having some trouble skinning for my first mod when I get the dtx and extract the tga from in and edit and put it back ingame the skin seems really fuzzy, I'm searched the forum but no help

btw I don't have photoshop i use gimp

i get that issue alot to, its cause theres to much change so the game doesnt read it right

If you are talking about a gun skin. I've fixed that by making the blurry element smaller. That's what works for me.
