Places to refund a monitor?

Looking for a sweet 4K monitor. I've asked multiple refunders and they all point me to Overstock or QVC but the selection is pretty bad. I have my eye on a monitor at B&H but I'm not sure if there is a refunder that does that place?

HP SE'ing is relatively easy and safe-ish, you can use a fake name and such but they haven't sent anyone any bills yet.
