weird sniper cheats

hello,
after playing some games on bo3, in some games there are like these snipers who carry the game always. Then when you watch your moment of death, you noticed thats there something not right.
Are these sniper using some tool ( aimbot ) or are they just skilled.
Could you tell me what tool/cheat they are using

I think what you mean, is that the snipers are quickscoping. They most likely sold their soul to join a cult like FaZe and now worship Tommathis The Temperrr, the supreme leader of the cult. They are not using hacks, but using super natural powers.


In all seriousness, if you could provide examples of what you are seeing maybe someone can help you out.
