Lots of shadow and sky in the first pic with good dynamics

5.5 - 7 / 10. I like them all but they look kinda "dead" and greyscaled. I personally recommend you to add some Color Corrections (CC).
Kinda like this (not the best I have but it looks now a lot more "alive" in my opinion):

 

When you specially grey-scaled these to show that those are "lost places"
- Then I would even rise it all by one because of the idea you had : 6.5 - 8
But still, it isn't pretty enough. But the idea counts at this point.

Try something like this maybe:
(I decided to point out that the nature takes over the world again when we aren't there to destroy it. That's why the green is still visible)

 

(The Lightning failed a bit. The Image was already a bit too dark before editing.)

Aas you can see. A bit of editing changes the atmosphere of the image A LOT.
