Updated trainer for TU23. Thanks to @JerryIsReal for the workaround of value protection, now timescale and movement speed work. Someone asked me to try skipping rounds by changing every gobblegum to Round Robbin', I tried and this method works.
I changed the following gobblegums to "round_robbin":
always_done_swiftly
stock_option
in_plain_sight
arsenal_accelerator
danger_closest

To skip round faster set timescale to 15 or 20 and freeze zombies (don't disable zombies spawn or AI otherwise you can't use the gobblegum).
The gobblegum replacer works only if you have disabled ASLR with EMET, there are some tutorials in this thread:

Simply means it hasn't been approved by staff yet it was just release so everyone be patient .

Also MisterY, any reason we dont have the ability to change our speed anymore? Figure similar things to round where it cant be changed just curious .

The speed changer is fixed now, the round changer doesn't work because there is a different protection that sets the round to its original value if you try to edit it.

Are you sure there isn't some kind of check? Like, values near that address that you need to also modify.

I tried to check the values near the address but they seem to not be related with the round.
