Okay well this worked for me but it lag's you like crazy.

Download:Get Behind the Shield! Hotspot Shield by AnchorFree

Run it from your desktop.

It should give you a country or a City.. Try to get Europe only way it will work

Then just keeping running.. Untill You Get something EU
Then download Combat Arms Europe:COMBAT ARMS EUROPE - The Best Online FPS Action in Europe - Main

then your all good

WARNING: A lot of LAG
Even with a nice computer Beware!

If it says it's from Europe and looks like it's from Europe, chances are...it's from Europe.
If you have a European IP, then CA EU will MOST LIKELY work.

Yes... Eu ip.. Means u can play..
