Best client for the server Minetime.com?

I am looking for a client for Minetime.com that can bypass pretty much with any hack. I know the server uses an old version of nocheatplus and is 1.8 pvp. If there is a good minecraft client coder that could make a client for this server for me for a price this is what I would like: What I want in a client for Minecraft:

I would like it so that I can change the values of anything that should have the ability to change values via a command or click gui.
