    I kept buying from this guy on the market place and half the time the accounts were dead but he would supply new ones, then i bought 3 more items from him he took for ever to respond and then he said "warranty 24h", he never has replied within 24hrs and now i just have useless accounts can i put out a scam report?

    If he has a service which says he would give replacements, and you didn't get it then file a scam report.
