Just create a .txt file, put the text you need and rename it to be a .ini file, here is an example

If you use Avast it may flag the Steam build as a virus when you use it and crash your game so just tell avast to bugger off and it should work ok.

Okay as i can see the ped dropper cannot go higher than 2k per ped (tried several ways) , Is there atleast a way to increase its radius becouse it just stops dropping after some time aka milked out the whole pier
