i download the hack again and it works perfect

-restart your Computer
-change combitability to XP SP 2/3
-run as admin

Yeah u can use that but don't use the console and dvars.
You will be banned most likely for console.

Now everytime i open up the hack and then open up MW2, MW2 chrashes before it even enters the game :S

Yeah maybe they know about it but nothing can happen before next patch.
Just don't use the console and you will be fine.
