    Someone opened a case against me in eBay

    Hai.

    I sold 2 PUBG keys on eBay, one of them opened a case against me and claims that I didn't deliver the code. I tried to redeem the key that I sent to him on a new account, but it was used before! Now I can't even respond the case because the page keeps glitching out and also the phone number I got with my eBay and PayPal doesn't have an ext. number.

    Explain that they were purchasing a digital code / item from you and that you delivered the code through whatever. Explain you recently attempted to check if the code was redeemed or not and it has so the user clearly is trying to lie

    That's what I'm trying to do! But the page is buggy and I can't open the "Reason" dropdown menu to select something. Also, as I said on the thread, my phone nmuber doesn't have an ext. When I try to send the respond without entering an ext. number or selecting any reason, I get an error with no text on it! Just a yellow box with a warning icon.

    So, it turned I had to list my keys in the classified section. This way, no one can open a case against me. That one was my fault. Good thing other buyers don't know that

    Lost $1200 because Ebay is a shithole for digital goods

    I already refunded the payment to the freakin' scammer. I checked his profile, he had 10 positive review but most of them said that no one should trust him and that he would open a case like he did with me. So, we learned a lesson kids. DON'T LOOK A THE COUNT OF POSITIVE REVIEW. ALWAYS CHECK THE REVIEWS. I tried giving him a negative review but I couldn't! The only option was "Positive".

    is that a bug with the psoitive option or it's just how ebay always works?

    This is why u dont sell digital keys on Ebay.
    Also i doubt posting in the 'classified' section would help, Ebay is always going to side with the buyer when it's a digital game key or alike since there's no way of verifying it wasn't already used.
