Got scammed trading PayPal Friends & Family -> ETH . Any possible way to refund?

I just lost a good sum of money to the user @Vibrations and I believe he is continuing to scam other users. Is there any way to possibly chargeback this Friend & Family transaction?

No. Can't do that with f&f, that will only fuck up your account.
Only thing you can do is saying that the transaction wasn't authorised by you / you didn't buy+recieve anything.

You can either make a unauthorized purchase claim or call your bank if you paid with your card and not paypal balance

Call them and tell them he did tricked you to send is a gift payment, and they will open a dispute i have done this a few times myself!

They will check the IP for unauthorized claims. If you used a different IP then they will refund you the money.

If you paid via Credit card you at least have some recourse, otherwise it's goodbye to your money

They def check IP for unauthorized. Learned that the hard way when they denied my claim

That is really hard if you use paypal for digital items and sent with friends and family option.
of course, there's still a chance, call paypal and tell them what actually happened, (depends on the rep) you might get the refund.

I opened a claim and just told them straight up what happened. Assuming a lot of other users would be smart enough to open a claim also, PayPal should see the account has been getting a lot of claims and points in your favor.
