Barely getting any renown... wtf do you do?

Recently I've played about 15 ranked games, winning around 12-13 of them, and have managed to gain about 6,000 renown. Seriously.
Any operator that I need to unlock is 25,000 renown (I have the full version). How exactly do they expect people to unlock anything at this renown gain rate?
Has anyone found a new small renown farm because this is just insane. I'll pay a little bit for private working methods.

you need to do the weekly challenges as well, and get the year 2 pass it is very cheap with the method i have been using. also if anyone has a new method i would like to know it as well

I honestly wouldn't do renown farming just cuz ive seen ppl get banned from it before but what I recommend is just doing challenges and either have a friend get a booster or you get a booster and just grind it out...

if you buy the Year 2 season pass now, it'll be a complete waste of money as there's only 1 more season to go for this year, that means only 3 free new ops.
I suggest saving your money and buy the Year 3 season pass when it launch, that'll get you at least 8 free new ops.
Hopefully there is a Year 3 anyway, and that's what I'm planning on.

i have bought it for like 7$, it's a bug from uplay. i cant tell you how the seller did it cause i have no idea myself, but it works
