get to json tab , copy all to notepad(rightclick select all) and search for "268435464". after that get prestigedate like the others and put lvl on 50 and prestige 3.
Remove the original json and replace with the edited one.
than add the perks one by one and put them to lvl 3.
after that close it , get some things in bloodweb, exit game and edit away
