Get Rid Of Unverified Files Notification

Can we get rid of the "Invalid Attachment specified. If you followed a valid link, please notify the administrator." and replace it with like "File has not been verified yet" or something? It's kind of annoying when all new ppl always ask it and you need to explain it like 100 times. The post count is nice but seems irrelevant. Or is there some specific reason why the text can't be edited?
