Can't upload an avatar?!

There's this problem I have and have been keeping it for like a year. The problem is that i cant have an avatar. Is it because of the 2 hour ban? But that was like 5 months ago! I went to the setting to upload an avatar but theres only one option "Do Not Use An Avatar". WDF. Can somebody help me pls? And Admins,can u change my name? asasasas to afixus. Cause i was in a rush back then and typed this name.
