It should be legal everywhere. Just not sold everywhere on the streets, but can be purchased in limited quantities from a controlled environment to prevent abuse and people from smoking a stud every half an hour and wasting their life away.

That's a really hard question. Cigarettes are way more dangerous than weed but both of them are bad, so I think that weed sholdn't be legalized.
