This will only work for a short time and for small amounts. Can be scaled if you constantly look for such deals or even make a bot which looks for price differences but it's a lot of work.

lol seems like this got very saturated, cuz the price on skinbaron is accually cheaper than on opskins, but doesn't seem worth the time to do all this with a profit of 1 cent per key (that's if there is no fees which I think there are..) Please correct me if im wrong.

I agree with this, reselling on another site won't make you that much profit, in fact I never heard of skinbaron until now
