So i am using this mod file as a way to only spot the enemies when i see them. It does not work through walls at all. So i guess you can say this is only a vision enhancer now, lol.

And the textures work, but not the wallhack.
EDIT: Seems like one of the security forces torso textures isnt overwritten. Maybe it's just me.
