engineprediction.GetSimulationTime(entindex) == gets simtime for passed player
engineprediction.SetInterpolation(bool) == turns interpolation off/on
engineprediction.SetTickCount(cmd, tickcount) == self explanitory
engineprediction.Start(cmd) == starts engine prediction (call after bhop and shit)
also bSendPacket (obviously bool) global var
