    Unban appeal for Tigernr2

    Long story short, the dudes friend purchased btc from me, tigernr recommended me to his friend, later he charged back and I lost the dispute, tigernr2 being unaware about the intentions of his friend was banned and promised to pay me back, now he has sent 155$ in btc and rest in PayPal, please unban @Tigernr2
