Can i resync "new" savedata file?

Hello,

I have bad english but i'll try to explain myself.

I made backup file from my save, i go OFF steam cloud sync for DBD and put the "new" savedata file at the right place!
But i wan't to know what will happen if i decide to restart my game but with sync ON like 2 or 3 times (with "new" savedata file in the folder!!) ??

Will i get instant ban? Or no?

Another question, admit i play normally and i have private profile, what's happening if survivors report my RANDOMLY?? (for idiot things)

Ok i see thank you for your answers.
I have two last questions, i'm not cheating, just use this save file so i wan't to know if i get a lot of reports like "camper"/etc... they will check my save data ?
And what is "more safe"? re-sync with new file or let unsynced ?
