Looking for cheats/hacks for custom game and NOT the official game

The game im pointing at is Titanbreaker. It's a pretty hard game and Im unsure on how to hack it.
Here's what I've tried or know:

1)playing locally wont save the game file (Maybe)
2) Edited the lua script (to enable sv_cheats) and run in locally wont save the file when i play on server sided.
3) edited files can't play on server sided.
4) Valve Probably wont give a shit or 2 for Arcade Game especially titanbreaker because theres only 70 people at best.
5) Any hack is ok for me since this has very little or very close to zero of Valve giving a shit on this.
