Unban accounts via support ticket?

Unbanning accounts?

Around a year ago, one of my old IPs got all the realm accounts with them banned, nothing major.

I found some of the emails for the accounts with slots on them, wondering if it's possible to send in a ticket to get them unbanned, and if so, what to say.

If you want to send something specific, send it via skype (in sig) so DECA doesn't see it.

If they actually get unbanned I can give you some items or open some keys.

Other accounts on the IP were banned and they were wiped with them.

Was unbanned with a decent story via support tickets. They only keep you banned if you have an obvious story, including siblings and other people using your computer, or "hacking" it.

Weren't you just banned for "hacking" and wasn't this just your "first offense" of course you will be unbanned

Was banned for "Misleading Staff Multiple Times", and got unbanned after 2 weeks. (Sent in over 10 support tickets).
