So i was selling microsoft office on ebay and they recently took my item down and said not to relist it. I relisted it and they took it down and said if i do again ill be banned.

Firstly there is tons of other people selling the same thing and one or two of those sellers have been selling it for months whilst mine got removed after 2 weeks.

I tried to contact ebay live chat and explain the situation and they keep feeding me bs about how its a banned item but how can it be if so many others are selling it.

So what i want to know is if anyone knows a way i can be able to sell it again and how these other sellers avoid being taken down by ebay when selling the exact same thing!

Nope. Only thing you can do is create a new account, in which they'll still probably cross reference it to your current eBay account.

Nope. Digital items are prohibited to be sold at eBay, esp those microsoft keys, etc. - blacklisted item, and considered as High Risky for eBay.

Why? they haven't been catch up yet. Wait and you'll see.
And some of them have licenses to sell it. LIke the paypal gift cards store on eBay.

It's because those people that are currently selling them have been grandfathered in. They were selling those items before a rule was put into place. This prohibits any new sellers from attempting to sell these items.

It just pot luck, I have lots of stealth accounts selling office products and occasionally I will make a new stealth and ebay just decide to pick on it and continually take listing down quoting some BS, while my other accounts are fine. I have no idea how there system works, just make a new stealth. BTW what office product are you selling ? which site UK/USA etc ?

use phone instead of computer with a vpn on it.. phone-accounts seem to have a lot less investiogation and care from the team

Also what can i do now that ive been banned i cant relist on the same account.
If i make a new account with my details wont they just ban that again?

create new mail from a vpn use it for creating the ebay but also a paypal account that is new on the same address with other data

Look in the marketplace you can pay people to make Stealth Paypal/eBay Accounts not for to much. Probably your easiest option, you will a new IP - Fresh Dedicated Proxy/VPN or VPS. Seller of Stealth Paypal/eBay Accounts should be able to advise on this.

Paypal will sometime limit in first month with high risk transactions so best to get multiple stealth account, just need to keep transactions slow and build them up and you have good chance of not getting limited. Do not sell more 150 items first couple of months and 250 in third month( and keeping daily sale under 15 ), then you are no longer new seller and bring sales up 500 next month, 1000. Age the account and sell as much you like.

For Paypal basically any transaction is a high risk one they can limit your acc for about any reason they want to
