Instant level 70 Console Command

I've been searching around and people keep saying "With the new patch XPscale can only be multiplied by 4 maximum" well then, this is WRONG, There are a couple of commands that'll allow you to set XP so high that it'll instantly promote whoever kills someone, to level 70 (THIS ONLY WORKS IF YOU'RE HOST)

Steps:

1. Get a program that'll allow you to unlock console, such as VAC chaos etc.

2. Start MW2

3. If you want to start a match with the instant lvl70, you being host, then at the menu: Play->Find Game, choose the mode you want, and when it's searching for players, quickly alt+tab to the console.

4. Once you have alt+tab'ed to the console, type this on the console:

scr_restxp_enable 1;scr_restxp_cap 999999;scr_restxp_levelsPerDay 99;scr_restxp_minRestTime 0;scr_restxp_restedAwardScale 999999;scr_restxp_timescale 999999; map mp_rust

The game should launch into a match, in this case, to Rust, you should be host and people should begin joining the game, once the match starts, kill someone and if you're not already lvl70, watch how you quickly go up to it!

Note: You can change the map in the last line "map mp_[mapnamehere]" to whatever you like.

Note: If for some reason you're host and playing a normal match and you wish to give it the instant lvl70 features, then type all the lines with an additional "fast_restart" in the end instead of the "map mp_****" one, unless of cource, you want to change map.

After a match, sometimes when you try to launch up a second one it won't work, just restart MW2 and it'll work.

Well, there's been a weird command circling around

It looks like a retarded command, but apparently it works to force you as host for some reason :P

I've forced host like a ton of times and I can still find games just fine, it takes a while but it finds them :P

i belive that the force host can easily be reversed. Example the endgameifisuck command says ....endgamifisuck 0. to reverse write in console ....endgameifisuck 1.
I think that would fix not finding games.
do it with all 3 commands i can only remember that one.

Yeah, usually the 3 commands are:

party_minplayers 1; badhost_endgameifisuck 0; map mp_[mapnamehere];

I've used these atleast 10 times, launched Global Thermonuclear War, launched XP scale hacked servers and I can still find games like before, I think the main problem with finding games might be your k/d and win/loss ratio, since it searches for players with a similar status, to make it a balanced game, just get a stats trainer or something and change the K/D, WIN/LOSS, I have about a difference of 6000 from kills to deaths, so it takes a lot more to find games, since it searches for experienced players, if you wish to find more games and faster, change it so you're K/D is very low, example: 5000 kills, 10000 deaths, that should be enough to get you playing with a whole lot of noobs xD, and believe me, it's a lot easier to play with a shit K/D, since the others players suck ass too.

guys .... if you cant find any games just use console rather than changing the scr code in the steam file itsself
