banned by non steam server

You can do 1 of 3 things.

1) Get a new IP address by contacting your ISP.
2) You can stop hacking.
3) You can use a private proxy to mask your IP.

go to start. run. type in cmd
then on the command type in ipconfig/release
then go to the control panel, network connections, right click local area connection then properties
double click internet protocol and hit use following ip address then type in all ones for the ip address and hit tab and then hit ok, then hit ok on the local area connection properties then go back into it and then go back into the internet protocol and hit obatin ip address automatically.
then go back into the command and type in ipconfig/renew and there ya go new ip address fer you

that doesnt work for all IP's.
it works for Dynamic only.

1. if i call my service provider. r comcast gonna extra charge me for that?
2. i try the cmd thing. but i dont think its working. my desktop connect all the way to my router. i dont know weather that it is a problem. and i have static ip.
3. the proxy thing. i try using other proxy. but i dont think its working either. actually i dont really understand what proxy is. i just google it and try wutever i found. can someone that ever done this before make step- by step tutorial.
4. i dont know weather i can stop walling or not because i think css is boring without the wall hack. it just more fun if u wall. besides, its a game. and every game has it cheat code right.

Because of the way DHCP works, it is possible to change your IP address simply by changing your MAC (media access control) address. Most routers have a MAC clone function, which is particularly well suited for letting people who’s ISP registers them by the modem and NIC’s mac use the router, but it can also be used to change the MAC quickly and effectively. Change the value to a 12 digit long hexadecimal code and restart your computer. Some NIC's won't let you change the MAC, in which case »Change MAC Address (Spoofing) for Windows 7, 2000, 2003, XP, VISTA, 2008 has some very useful information including a program that can allegedly change the MAC “regardless of whether manufacturers allow this option or not”.

i did what u say but still cant access the server. and the link that u gave me. i think i have try it. nothing happen.

i think the problem now is. the server said that my steam id ... sume number... had been baned
