    At my "prime" i used to run long distance 5x a week, have 2 folk dance lessons and give 2 P.E classes in Basic School. So it sums up to 9x a week. I'd say it was pretty hectic, free time was cut to a bare minimum but i mean the stamina and all that went up through the roof

    I used to do 3-4 times a week, now only 2 (it has become a lot of work).

    I try to go to the gym everyday but sometimes i feel too tired and i just take 1 or 2 days off.

    I do weight training 6 times a week.
    Monday - Chest
    Tuesday - Back
    Wednesday - Hamstrings and Glutes
    Thursday - Shoulders
    Friday - Arms
    Saturday - Quads
    Sunday - Rest

    During the week at the end of sessions I'll throw in other accessory exercises, such as abs / forearms etc... Just to make sure the physique is symmetrical and proportional.

    Actually 3 times a week, trying a lot of cardio training and hit but still my thighs don't look fine to me Should intensify for summer....

    I try to twice a week as I have experienced that when I'm trying to go more often my plans do not last that long. I have been going twice a week now since 6 months. Before that I tried to go 4 times per week but when experiencing that I can't manage that I got so frustrated...didn't go for a month and all efforts have been dumped
