i exercise each day but usually they're no-sweat ones, just 20-30 pushups and 20-30 crunches, and i do them throughout the day, and i eat fast food one meal every friday as a balance in my life
Now I want to exercise 6 times per week after a year break.

I've been a piece of shit the past few months working out but getting back in the seeing of things. I make sure I get 4 days every week minimum and a 5th day if I feel like it.
I am terrible at exercising. But I am getting somewhat better. Anybody got tips?
