How to install mods?

Try extreme injector, really basic injector then you need to find a .dll and inject that into the game (make sure the mod is not outdated)

it depends, are you talking about mod menus or normal mods for singleplayer?

i tried xenos injecture and the game didn't start
i was runing Gta_v_Ban_protection and this mod (Dope Ultimate Cracked) 1.42 from here https://www.mpgh.net/forum/showthread.php?t=1330784
the injecture just kept loading and nothing happened
i'm on rockstar launcher by the way is that any different from steam version ?
my friend has steams version and the game started with him and anime girl appeared and it froze there
