I've been watching players with that ability, and I wonder how I can get it if the saveditor program does not work anymore.

can u upload a video of you showcasing this item in your inventory today? because i believe u may have had it in the past.

i have 3 steam accounts and one of them i save hacked when the game first came out and i dont have that perk but i do have left behind.

it is screenshot from yesterday. People are using this perk on rank 1s.. https://imgur.com/a/95Kt8 on quentin. You could add this perk with save editor. Now you can´t anymore but i think it does not do anything because when you start game with it it wont even show up in your inventory in game

it was from the save game editor and can out later on, so yea

You can't get it anymore because the savegame editor use to be the only way, now there is no way to get it even with CE
