caring about people? i care about people but this is a forum with thousands of users. i mean i used to have a respect for members back when mpgh was a tighter knit community. and will do again in time. but while im getting criticized for the job i do on a role i care little about, its not happening.

minion is a temporary stepping stone for me.

If you "care about it so little" then why did you apply. Why are you a minion? It should not matter how many people there are, give some room of heart for all. You are not being criticized. You are being welcomed into the community. If you cannot accept this, i recommend giving your role to someone else.

i didnt apply, i was asked if i wanted to do it because ive had several staff spots before and so many people failed to meet the requirements.

being sent pm's by members of this section telling me to do my job, an hour after i get my spot, before ive even been on mpgh to see if arun was bothered to change my rank yet. is hardly a welcome.

being put with a team of rejects who havent started actually "minion-ing" yet
and just chatting shit is not a welcome.

This is just sad. You barely know me, and i barely know you, yet i already know you are a terrible socialiser. You did apply, i saw your application. How would you know i have not started "minion-ing" yet, you barely visit BF section. A minion's powers are to be initiated at the time of need, not preparing everything for the time of use , when it may be far away.

Dude, this section is in dire need of a good minion. If you do a good job I'm all for it. But apparently not all members feel that way.
