modding toolkit for MW2

Can't find the download link on the page for this and wanted to use this with pezbot if that's possible? the thread is closed can someone post the download again or give a direct link to the files please? I really want to use this if it works with pezbot as it would save alot of trouble having to go back to the main menu to change maps after each game.. Thanks
