Is there any packet spammer for it?

No and there wont be, for a rep spammer to work it requires a quest that deals with spammable temp items such as a collection quests, or a quest that requires you to move to a room, and the quests must be repeatable, until we get a glacera quest that has these factors we wont be seeing a rep spammer for gleacera. You can just use a regular glacera bot which i think people report takes around a day or two for rank 10 but dont quote me on that.
