CCleaner locates junk files that aren't necessarily needed by you.
Some of these junk files are placed on your computer without your knowledge.
From there, CCleaner locates those files, and no scopes them, and has an
unbelievable++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ ++++++++++ (until they're all terminated)

This will reduce lag for a lot of "slow" computers.
Some lag is server-sided (by Nexon), so this may not help entirely.
