There are usually refunders out there that would be able to get you your said IAP for around that price. That being said, it requires your initial full investment of that $50 before it is refunded and eventually put back into your account.

I mean If they can use their paypal or card to purchase the $50 in my game. I will let them use my game account but ofcourse I will pay first the 10% of the $50. Coz i only have 6$ in my Paypal. Sorry if you dont understand what i want to say. Haha

Thats not how refunding works. YOU have to spend $50 first for it to be refunded. No one is going to spend their own $50 using their card to refund for you for $5
