Outdated[X20.1.0] Legit Crazy Client (Normal UI, hidden options & more)

It's time to release this.

Updates:
- Normal UI
- You can toggle hack options by pressing ESC, if ESC doesn't work use /hideops
- Quest Health Bar can be hidden
- Saved at {hp} message can be toggled
- Map name message can be toggled
- Custom Commands can be toggled (disables all hack commands from being used and says "unrecognized" command message)
- Performance stats show all decimals

This is @willfuttbuck 's Crazy Client build with these updates and I wish me and him can work together to make this a permanent feature in cc's future updates (I'll be more than happy to give you all the codes in PM)

This is something I was working on but haven't gotten around to continuing the work and glad to see someone took it upon themselves!

also, I got your pm but just got up for the day and that's why I originally pm'd you yesterday was that I wanted to collab with you and work on a clean client and possibly something greater! Anyways, I'm probably going to be on and off for the next few hours but i'll throw you my contact info and we should do some talking ~

sick, would be REALLY nice if the 'hideoptions' command could be changed by the player, so they can't ask you to do a screen with /hideoptions or /showoptions
