I didn't have a problem with V2 on fallback but this doesn't take over my cursor/click at all, on any setting or song. Tried re downloading but that didn't fix either.

There could be problem with windows. Do you somehow modified client and are you sure that you are on stable?
If it doesn't even click then there is problem with Timing pointers. I tested this at 3 different pc before upload and no problem.
Also did you set your right osu keys in options?

Is your osu in window? If so then move it to the left upper corner. If you still have problems then set osu to fullscreen, close tool and in the config that the hack created change the "high" and "widh" to your fullscreen size

The settings i recommend are on the first page but when comes to long sliders.. oh boy. What maps are you trying to fullcombo?
