You should be safe when you only use it in the main menu (NOT IN LOBBY!)

For the sp part:
Vac doesnt run in sp, so you should be safe

thanks blubb i pray i dont get banned. Will VAC notice if i go 9th. with a like a few days. Do they even check rank or does it just scan for programs? Cause anyone joining a exp server would get banned when right
