How works the Ban System on these days? (2w > 2m > 20y ??)

When I played GTA V in 2015 I remember that how the ban system worked

It was that way:
First ban: 2 weeks
Second ban: 2 months
Third ban: 20 years

so... is the same now?

First ban is 1 or two weeks, dont remember and reset character.
Second ban is permanent.
